Refund policy

At Anne & May Design Co., we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If you're not, please review our return and refund policy below:

 Damaged or Defected Items: 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing (jenaya@annemaydesign.com) with: 

  • Your order number 
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Photos of the product packaging

We will gladly offer either: 

  1. A full refund to your original payment method, or
  2. A replacement item (subject to stock availability)

We'll cover the shipping costs for approved damaged item returns or replacements. 

Change of Mind / All Other Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-damaged items. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only. 

Store Credit Terms: 

  • Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store. 
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery / pick up. 
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Final Sale Items (sale, clearance, custom orders, and seasonal products) cannot be returned or exchanged. 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email (jenaya@annemaydesign.com) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved. 
  3. Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
