Refund policy
At Anne & May Design Co., we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchases. If you're not, please review our return and refund policy below:
Damaged or Defected Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing (jenaya@annemaydesign.com) with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- Photos of the product packaging
We will gladly offer either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement item (subject to stock availability)
We'll cover the shipping costs for approved damaged item returns or replacements.
Change of Mind / All Other Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-damaged items. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only.
Store Credit Terms:
- Store credit never expires and can be used online or in-store.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery / pick up.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Final Sale Items (sale, clearance, custom orders, and seasonal products) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
- Email (jenaya@annemaydesign.com) with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.
- Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
